Vanua Chocolate is expanding into manufacturing speciality chocolate bonbons. A bonbon is a small chocolate confection. They are usually filled with liqueur or other sweet ingredients, and sold wrapped in coloured foil.
We will be offering exotic Fijian Flavours infused in the chocolate made only from premium Cacao Fiji cocoa beans. The 4 piece of assorted dark chocolate gift box will have a selection of indulgent chocolate confections, exotic fruit infusion and unique flavour notes. Some of the flavors will be mangoes, orange, pineapple and passionfruit. “We will also be releasing the box of delight in nut flavors such as peanuts, hazelnut and almonds, “stated Arif, founder of Vanua Chocolate. With Covid and the high unemployment in Nadi, we have assembled a team of very qualified chef who will craft the bonbon chocolates.
